This tool avoids the backspin that occurs with PCP pumping.
It is placed at the bottom of the well.
The valve is composed of: a striated piston rod, a travelling piston, a conical seat and a casing.
The piston creates a seal and prevents any fluid from falling and returning to the rotor of the pump.
It also prevents particulate material from being deposited between the rotor and the stator of the PCP pump.
Also decreases production losses caused when the machine is stopped.
